Rochester Bariloche Suites & Spa, San Carlos de Bariloche

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious rooms offering fantastic views of the lake and mountains, creating a perfect place for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, although they were in the process of removing the fridge during my stay. The location was a bit far from town, but there were nice dining options nearby. The dining experience left much to be desired despite the beautiful scenery. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

The dining experience with delivered croissants and coffee was a bit odd, but the friendly staff and pleasant service made up for it. Despite being a bit far from the center of San Carlos de Bariloche, the hotel had a couple of nice places to eat nearby.

The service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our requests, showing friendliness and helpfulness throughout. The location was perfect, especially with amenities like saunas, steam, a heated pool, and heated bathroom floors making a significant difference in comfort. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay.
